Characters and Cats

So there's this black cat and she orders this large smelly thing around to do various tasks for her and he does them without question, without hesitation, and without remorse, simply because she orders him to do so.

(Her name is Lili and I love her so.)

The left eye looks weird and there is some question, looking at that perspective as to whether it should be visible at all.

But the Cat's Other Form is difficult to draw because one doesn't get a terribly good look at it in the manga; even the animators who did the anime had trouble with it. There's no real life reference for this thing.

Thanks 4 being so honest. And maybe we should make a real life reference to the cats True Form. give it some sort of name other that IT or MONSTER. I will mail u when I come up with 1. and if its not 2 much 2 ask , maybe u could do the same. But Im serious, thanks 4 the honesty.

I dunno, it's literally the Cat Spirit's other form. It's a mononoke's physical representation; a giant deadish frustrated, possibly angry cat-thing that's essentially been around for a very long time, filled with frustration, and hated by an entire family for generations.

I'm not terribly good at sculpture. But I did manage to compile a collection in my Favorites entitled "reference" if that's any help.
